Hosted by Josh Ozersky, Founder of Meatopia & Esquire Food Writer. Legendary pit masters include Jesse Perez of Arcade Restaurant in San Antonio, Matt Fisher of Fletcher’s BBQ in Brooklyn, Ed Wilson of Wilson’s Barbeque in Fairfield and Hudson Common’s very own German Villatoro.

The beautiful outdoor area will offer sunshine and fresh air to guests, who will also be able to retire to the rustic, brick-walled Hudson Common beer hall. Enjoy live jazz from the Howard Fishman Quartet outside—or DJ Natalie Dodge’s up-to-date tunes inside, at Hudson Common.
