Round up your hungriest friends and get ready to dig into a night of warm, decadent deliciousness at his other beloved food-extravaganza, Bowl of 'Zole. Set at Industry City’s Five Two A, this all-inclusive food and drink extravaganza brings fall coziness and foodie revelry together in one stunning waterfront space.
At the heart of the night is pozole, the soul-warming Mexican stew that’s brimming with hominy, tender meats, bold spices, and all the toppings your heart desires. But don’t expect just one version. The city’s best chefs get wildly creative with their bowls. In past years, that’s meant everything from porchetta and braised short rib to crab, lobster, and other decadent twists.
And then there are the drinks. For a full three hours, you’ll sample your way through an epic lineup of mezcals, tequilas, sotols, raicillas, craft beers, Mexican wines, and more while the DJ plays the hits. Picture the crisp autumn air, a drink in hand, a steaming bowl of pozole in the other, live DJ sounds in the background, and the city skyline twinkling in the background - perfection...
