Delight in a variety of delicious pozoles and other drool-worthy eats uniquely crafted by incredible chefs including Michelin-Starred names like Luis Arce Mota of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Bouley, Carmine’s, & Union Square Café; Cosme Aguilar of Casa Enrique; and Ivan Garcia of Mesa Coyoacan.

This exciting fall adventure is the 4th of its kind, put together by Food Karma Projects - producers of the annually sold-out Pig Island & Charcuterie Masters - all-inclusive festivals uniting cultural classics with gourmet sensibilities.

Crisp fall weather, unlimited sips, and live DJ beats are the perfect mixture to cozy up with a bowl of pozole- a traditional Mexican stew that warms the heart and soul, made with hominy, meat, and whichever garnishes you desire. Past creations include polozes featuring crab, porchetta, lobster, braised short ribs, and other delicious flavors- just to give you a sneak peak.

As you chow down on these innovative iterations, make your way through other mouthwatering eats including Fine and Raw Bean to Bar Chocolate, Xilli NYC Salsa, and other tequila-friendly fare like Tacos al Pastor.
