Traditional pozole gets a modern makeover by cuisine superstars like Michelin-Starred Cosme Aguilar of Casa Enrique; Luis Arce Mota of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Bouley, Carmine’s, & Union Square Café; and Ivan Garcia of Mesa Coyoacan, recognized with the prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand for 6 years in a row - just to name a few!
Distinct bottles of mezcal will flow while you feast, namely Mezcal Wahaka, Espiritu Lauro, Mezcal Cruz de Fuego and more, alongside craft beers, wines, and hard seltzers curated by mezcal aficionado Arik Torren & Forbes-acclaimed Chef Danny Mena, formerly of Blue Hill and The Modern.

This perfect fall adventure is put together by Food Karma Projects - producers of the annually sold-out Pig Island & Charcuterie Masters - all-inclusive festivals uniting cultural classics with gourmet sensibilities.
Cozy feels, endless sips, and energetic buzz are the ideal mixture for delighting in pozole - a traditional Mexican stew that warms the heart and soul, made with hominy, meat, and can be seasoned and garnished as you please. In 2021, chefs prepared pozole with crab, porchetta, beer braised brisket, pickled watermelon radish-habanero salad - we're drooling already.
Chefs will put their creativity to the test. We're talking New York Times-applauded Chef Irwin Sanchez of Tlaxcal Kitchen, in addition to elBulli & Nobu-alum Fernando Nevas of Balvanera, plus so many others - all set to heat things up as they serve their inventive iterations.
