Chef Hong's inspiration for Thaimee Love is to create a real Thai “Baan Baan” style cooking and eating experience. The menu is designed with the vision - this is how you dine at home in her family dining room. This is how she eats at home. She's commissioned a Thai farmer to grow real Thai herbs and vegetables that will ship weekly to their kitchen. They also have a mini market in front of the restaurant so you can pick up ingredients and cook a great Thai meal in your own home as well.
