This Halloween, check into Room 1011: The Haunted Hotel, a two-night takeover of TEN11 where speakeasy seduction meets after-dark Halloween decadence. Hidden below the celeb-favorite upstairs restaurant Zoi and taking place on Friday October 30 and Saturday October 31, 2026, the party will transform the NoMad hideaway into a shadowy playground of dark glamour, cocktails, music, performers and late-night mischief.
Grab your $29 GA Ticket (a $67 value) for admission to the night of your choice, as well as 1 Drink Ticket valid for Select Cocktails, Spritzes, Mocktails, Glasses of Wine, or Beers. Think an Aperol or Hugo Spritz, a chilled glass of bubbles, a refreshing Cucumber Breeze, or a seductive cocktails before settling in for a night that gets increasingly theatrical as the clock creeps toward midnight.
A live DJ keeps the room moving while a live drummer, roaming performers and special entertainment blur the line between cocktail lounge and haunted cabaret. Expect Haunted Hotel photo moments, dark-glamour décor, and a special 10:11pm signature moment designed to kick the night into another gear.
As for what to wear? Think Dark Glamour, Masquerade, Haunted Couture or your best upscale Halloween look. Tucked beneath ZOI Mediterranean and the Life Hotel in NoMad, TEN11 is the kind of after-dark hideaway built for nights that start with cocktails and end somewhere much later. The venue opened in 2024 as part of Maya Prestige Group, the hospitality company led by Onur Safak, whose portfolio also includes ZOI UES and ZOI NoMad. Safak expanded into nightlife with TEN11 after establishing ZOI as a polished Mediterranean dining destination, creating a space that feels less like a conventional nightclub and more like a sultry Manhattan lounge.
The look is a major part of the appeal. TEN11 is defined by glowing onyx, golden lighting, intimate lounge seating and a dark, polished palette, with its premium onyx bar designed as the visual centerpiece of the room. Earlier in the evening, it leans sophisticated and cocktail-driven. After 10:00pm, the energy shifts as DJs, table service and a more vibrant nightlife crowd take over.
It has also developed the kind of fashion-and-celebrity-adjacent reputation that suits the setting, with events drawing models, creatives, stylists and nightlife insiders. Coco Rocha and Serena Williams are among the high-profile names associated with the venue’s scene, adding to its see-and-be-seen appeal and making TEN11 feel firmly plugged into New York’s fashion, entertainment and nightlife worlds.
