Celebrate a fresh start to the new year this week and learn 3-minute meditation techniques with Christina Van der Veen. A certified Kundalini yoga instructor, Christina will be providing private lessons of various meditations, as taught by Yogi Bhajan and Mahan Kiran. She will be available from 3:00-6:00pm each day, and will also provide light refreshments.
