The Class is a music-driven somatic exercise method designed to regulate the nervous system and release stuck energy by moving the physical body. Traditional cardio blasts (jumping jacks, burpees) and frequent interval training (systematically raising and lowering the heart rate) stretch your cardiovascular system, produce sweat, and detoxification. The Class integrates breathwork and sound release to create space for emotional regulation and stress release. The Class builds new neural pathways and improves brain plasticity by utilizing scientifically supported and research-backed techniques.
Hydration will be provided by Once Upon A Coconut.
