The second annual Winter Wellness event, presented by Lifeway Kefir, returns to the World Trade Center Oculus for a one-day lineup of energizing fitness and restorative wellness classes designed to help you recharge, reset, and stay grounded this winter, including Pure Barre Classic (8:00am–9:00am), Orangetheory Fitness (9:30–10:30am), and FORWARD__Space’s signature cardio dance experience (11:00am–12:00pm); the first 25 checked-in attendees who have already RSVP’d will receive a free Stakt yoga mat (one per customer), RSVP allows entry but not guaranteed class participation as all sessions are first-come, first-served, so please arrive at least five minutes early, bring your own yoga mat or blanket, and note that minimal storage for personal items will be available on a first-come basis.
