One of the hidden urban oases of NYC, Socrates Sculpture Garden is hosting an international movie series featuring a film representative of a country, along with corresponding cuisine and music. Up this week, catch an outdoor screening of Suzhou River - a romantic film noir that plays on the themes of voyeurism, mistaken identity, and sexual obsession. There will be Chinese eats from Noodle Code and Yumpling available for purchase, and music by FJ Music Fusion. Of course, the glittering Manhattan skyline behind the silver screen is just the icing on the cake.
