Learn the incredible history of oysters and their ecological importance while supporting the Hudson River Park's Estuary Lab staff in their oyster research and restoration efforts. Participants will learn to monitor oyster populations by measuring and weighing oyster clusters, and interact with small critters that use oyster reefs as habitat.
