Taste Talks, the Brooklyn-based food and dining website, together with Somontano Wines, is hosting a Spain-inspired evening of complimentary tapas and wine on the rooftop of Northern Territory. (Side note: this is one of the best rooftops in the city and well-worth the trek out to Greenpoint; the panoramic view over Brooklyn and Manhattan is #majorkey.)
