Spend a lovely fall Sunday pickling organic vegetables and fruits at North Brooklyn Farms, a lovely waterfront farm in Williamsburg. All the ingredients, spices, brine, and jars will be provided for you, along with drinks and snacks. You'll be led by Nicky Horman Jr., the founder of Horman's Best Pickles, and everyone will leave with a 32 oz jar of pickles. Impressive!
