Santa and his elves returned to take up residency at Nordstrom throughout the holiday season. Customers are invited to participate in the daily “Santa Snow Show” with the jolly Saint Nick and a magical in-store snowfall happening at 2:00pm and 6:00pm. As Santa mingles with shoppers he is followed by the lively Brooklyn United Music and Arts Program drumline through all 7 floors and out onto Broadway. Additionally, children can drop off a handwritten letter in a dedicated mailbox and receive a personalized response from Santa himself!
