Drawing primarily on the remarkable Manuel Martínez Nazario Collection, consisting of approximately 1,600 comics and about fifty original artworks, the exhibition highlights aspects of Puerto Rican life and culture, from the Island itself and its connections with New York City, to Puerto Rico’s complex past and visions of futuristic and fantastical worlds.
