To celebrate the launch of the fall season and re-introduce shoppers to the area's local businesses, the Madison Avenue B.I.D is organizing “Welcome Back Saturdays.” This week, dogs are welcomed back too! Madison Avenue invites the public to “shop with your dog” to benefit The Humane Society of New York, who will provide free pet-related programming throughout the day, including talks & tips by veterinarians, meeting pets available for adoption, pet portraiture and other activities.
