In celebration of International Dance Day on April 29, 2016, Physique 57 is teaming up with Central Park Conservancy and NYCB to offer a complimentary barre class at the park. Enjoy a class taught by Physique master trainers, followed by a functional strength training class with Dr. Jordan Metzl. Finally, there will be a discussion with NYCB dancers on how they stay strong and healthy through an intense life as professional dancers.
