Salt Smoke Time explores ideas of self-reliance, sustainability, and seasonality - illuminating our connection to the natural world. To celebrate the one year anniversary, Will will be joined in conversation by Blue Hill's Culinary Director Trevor Swope, and co-owner of Duck's Eatery, Julie Horowitz.
