Come check out a full-blown 99 cent store offering streetwear and accessories, like cherry blossom silk pajama sets, totes, jerseys, and skateboards. Tattoo artists will be stationed from 2pm until 9pm on May 16, May 18, May 20, and May 21 to offer free ink in custom, 90s-tastic designs. That's so rad.
