NYC businesses send 650,000 tons of food waste to landfill every year. To raise awareness around this issue, Imperfect Foods is teaming up with Rhodora and chefs across the city for the first ever Imperfect's Food Waste Week. From November 18 - November 24 select restaurants will create limited-edition menu items using recovered foods. Partners include: Baba Cool, Hunky Dory, La Morada, Mille Nonne, Two Boots, Wayla, and Una Pizza Napoletana. Join them for the kickoff event!
