In a gorgeously renovated industrial space, FINE & RAW Chocolate is perfectly outfitted to produce treats that true chocoholics will appreciate with every bite. South African-born owner Daniel Sklaar infuses creativity into every morsel, using the finest cacao beans and the freshest ingredients to produce stunning sweets.
A passionate member of the FINE & RAW team will walk you through the space, showing you the coffee bar that churns out decadent drinks (both caffeinated & boozy), moving on to the factory floor where you'll make your own chocolate bar, and pair your sips with samples to unearth the various tasting notes.

Charlie and his chocolate factory have nothing on Chocolatier Daniel Sklaar and his dreamily restored industrial chocolate haven in Bushwick! And with a motto like "Save the world through silliness and chocolate," you're in for a fabulous foray into the world of scrumptiousness.
FINE & RAW was established in 2007 in Sklaar's Williamsburg loft, which then launched into making small chocolate batches and sharing them with friends. He hand-delivered them on his bicycle to local purveyors, and when it became apparent that the chocolate was borderline addictive, FINE & RAW catapulted into stardom.
Sklaar and his team source the worlds finest cacao beans and specialize in clean ingredient lists, using exclusively organic, unparalleled quality chocolate that ends up in their artisanal chocolate bars, truffles, spreads and more, imbuing it all with an unrelenting love of the chocolate making process.
The tour will give your the inside scoop, letting you get interactive by making your own treats, and pairing them with sips, be it wine or coffee, so you can savor this sweet on a whole new level.
