It all happens at IXTA, a New York Times-praised restaurant that's as elaborately decorated as it is the most dazzling, perfect destination to hold this whimsical bacchanal of booze & social buzz. Situated on the Bowery in the nexus of NYC nightlife and dining, IXTA presents a bold new vision of Oaxacan and Yucatan-inspired ambiance.
A food festival unlike any other, the Creole Food Festival combines the edible aspects of these incredibly rich, vibrant cultures with the fabulous social energy of New York City, with participating tourism boards on deck to inspire a bit of wanderlust.
On the roster will be the likes of Nduvoakim Abdus-Salaam (Executive Chef at the Prestigious 10 Cubed (Central Park Tower), Chef Frances Roman (Owner of Cocotazo), Chef Janelle Pitterson (Chopped Winner & Founder of Homegrown), and then some! Plus, a few will even perform live cooking demos!
