The Pierre Hotel's Executive Chef Ashfer Biju (Culinary Institute of America, Taj Hotels & Resorts) will be whipping up delectable hors d'oeuvres to devour as you not only savor top notch tipples from the open bar, but coveted swigs of Award-Winning Sake (Gold Prize in France, Silver in Spain, Gold in Italy) and even sips of Parch - a non-alcoholic agave cocktail infused with desert botanicals and adaptogens.

Since 1930, The Pierre Hotel has remained a glamorous landmark, and a quintessential monument to the city, timeless opulence, and exceptional hospitality. Make your way through the on-site restaurant Perrine, as well as the Rotunda. Think Bridgerton perfection - a fresco-covered ceiling of bright blue sky, hand-painted murals, ornate finishings, and an air of divine luxury.
