Newly opened within the fashionable HGU New York Hotel, Restaurant At Rose Hill is a European-influenced, all-day bistro helmed by Philippe Olivier Bondon (Beautique) and Frederick Lesort (Matisse). Wall-to-wall red velvet banquettes, contemporary art, black-marble fireplace and built-in bookcases make a palatial backdrop to this lovely evening.
