Since opening in spring 2016, Belle Shoals has quickly become one of the most popular hotspots in Williamsburg, lauded for its generous menu and phenomenal cocktails, created by head mixologist Pamela Wiznitzer (a Dead Rabbit alum).
Inspired by a fictional Southern town, the interior space evokes a luxe saloon with dripping chandeliers, a vintage Wurlitzer jukebox and log tables. Meanwhile, the outside resembles a lush Dixie garden complete with its own bar and a wooden deck, shaded by gorgeous, flower-laden trellises.
Take a seat at one of the picnic tables and dig into your platter of authentic Southern clambake, served with coleslaw, potato salad, and incredible homemade biscuits - a Belle Shoals signature.
Inventive cocktails, such as the Tequila-Colada (altos blanco, coconut, pineapple, plantation pineapple rum) and Stop, Slammer Time! (plymouth sloe, peach moonshine, amaretto, orange) are the perfect libations for this sweet, festive evening!
