Join the city's finest pastry chefs and mixologists a celebration of the city's desserts and cocktails. In this sweet and savory walk-around tasting, sponsored by Internationally-renowned Chocolatier Valrhona, you'll have a chance to taste through a selection of bespoke desserts and savory dishes made by NYC's premier chocolatiers and chefs, each paired with a complementary spirit.
At the bar, chocolate purists and cocktail lovers can taste through signature lines of chocolates while watching some of NYC's finest mixologists shake, stir and serve custom libations designed to bring out the best in each variety.
Participating pastry chefs include Rory MacDonald (Hakkassan), Cesar Moreno (Hotel Americano) & Allison Kave (Butter & Scotch); while participating mixologists include James Menite (The Plaza Hotel), Darnell Holguin (Bathtub Gin) & Mimi Burnham (Porchlight).
