*During your first visit, you'll spend the first few minutes discussing your medical history and lifestyle so that your 3 60 minute sessions are tailored to your unique needs. Alexandra Norindr, who holds a master's in the ancient Chinese practice, will use thin acupuncture needles on specific parts of your body -- known as meridian points -- to focus on potentially easing stress or pain.
