Let Deborah show you the proper warm-up techniques and running form that will protect your body from injury. Your fellow runners will act as a supportive community to help even the longest runs feel shorter. Finally, some of the runs include a 30 Minute Tabata Boot Camp Class!
Debora Warner is a NYC based ACSM certified personal trainer, wellness coach, running coach, and triathlete who has successfully coached several hundred clients to lose weight and achieve optimal health and performance. She has worked at some of the best fitness facilities in New York City such as Equinox and La Palestra Center for Preventative Medicine as an exercise specialist, swimming coach, and running coach - and now wants to help you leave a healthier life.
