Born in Sardinia, Gianluca began his culinary journey in his grandfather’s restaurant, sparking a lifelong passion that led him to graduate with honors from the prestigious I.P.A.S Istituto Professionale Alberghiero Statale in Arzachena.
His career has taken him through renowned Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels across Italy, France, and England. Since moving to New York City in 2000, he has opened and managed several acclaimed Italian restaurants and wine bars, continuing to share his deep-rooted love for Italian cuisine.
