The Metropolitan Opera opens its doors to the public for the first time on Sundays. At its Grand Tier Restaurant, you can now enjoy a bottomless brunch ($39 per person) accompanied by recitals featuring young Met stars. It's a pretty fantastic chance to dine under the chandeliers and original works by Marc Chagall. We always did think that the opera would be great if it were a lot shorter and you could eat while taking it in. Problem solved, and solved!
