Upon laying eyes on the location and immersing themselves in the local scene, lifelong friends Diego Davila and Chef Javier Suarez were instantly captivated, knowing instinctively that they had found the perfect spot to launch their inaugural restaurant in South Slope.
Davila's commitment was so profound that he relocated his entire family from Queens shortly after finalizing the lease. Upon arrival, he found himself enchanted by both the vibrant neighborhood and its close-knit community, solidifying their resolve to make this the home of Siren Oyster Bar & Restaurant.
The hype is well-deserved, and the you'll find yourself among other savvy weekend warriors as you take a seat. Admire contemporary nods to nautical life, applied by way of modern light fixtures, deep emerald & azure hues, and an airy brightness akin to a harbor sail.
The drinks will flow, all made using freshly-squeezed juices & top-notch booze.
