Thaimee at McCarren, located on the basement floor of McCarren Hotel & Pool, is the brand new Thai restaurant concept by Executive Chef Hong Thaimee (Ngam, Thaimee Box, Perry St).
Thaimee at McCarren will present two weekday dinner menus – an 8-course, prix-fixed Thai tasting menu served straight from the chef’s counter and a casual à la carte menu featuring authentic Thai specialties. Thaimee at McCarren will also offer a weekend Bangkok buffet-style brunch menu, serving Thai riffs on American classics. To complement the menus, the restaurant will offer an array of spirit-forward cocktails, teamed by Williamsburg’s local Beverage Directors Tonia Guffey (Dram, Narcbar, Flatiron Lounge) and Karen Fu (The Donna, Llama Inn, The NoMad).
