Executive Chef Peter He is at the helm, taking his prowess as a Michelin-starred maestro and applying it to make your night exquisite. His time at Chili on 37th Street earned him the prestigious distinction, so expect twists & turns that take authentic Asian fare to new heights.
Start with mystery shot elixirs presented in a treasure box, then continue your liquid journey with iconic cocktails, namely the Wild Perfume (vodka, vetiver, vanilla bean, sandalwood, black tea, peppercorn, green cardamom, orange, vermouth, lemon, oudwood) served in a glass case, or the Wabi-Sabi (Meili vodka, cucumber, pineapple, syrup, wasabi) served with a garnish of bubbles.
Next up, sink your teeth into the Kumamoto Oyster Ensemble complete with uni and caviar, not to mention the signature Chungking Spicy Chicken Sliders repping piquant meat tucked in a soft roll. Or opt for some beloved classics, like Truffle Fries dipped in a spicy black truffle sauce, or Shishito Peppers perfectly sautéed in salt, pepper, and lemon.

Applauded by Eater, the restaurant is the culmination of a vision shared by owners and partners Miki Niu, Joe Tsou, and Loki Yim, with the collaboration of legendary Michelin-starred Executive Chef Peter He (Chili) - a renowned “genius of taste” who has crafted a broad menu of unparalleled plates.
Miki Niu, with years of experience at highly rated restaurants in Manhattan, oversaw the warm and inviting design of the space. Think pops of neon that read "This Is Where The Magic Happens," not to mention greenery-lined ceilings and pendant bulbs that drip from above like glowing jellyfish. It's whimsical & oh-so-New York in every way.
Joe Tsou, a certified sommelier and master mixologist, painstakingly created the menu of signature cocktails. Your welcome shots will impress, as will main sips like the Shiso Leaf, presented beautifully suspended with a charred nest that glows as it's lit by a torch. The New Fashioned is also sublime, with truffle-oil-washed bourbon, simple syrup, and bitters.
For your feast, savor standouts like Pearls of Scallop nestled with shrimp, crabmeat, and mushroom, Food Truck Peppercorn Squid with a special marinade, Chicken Skewers fried with a red-pepper drizzle, and succulent Sichuan Beef Noodle Soup. And with a dessert of Coppa Pistachio, you simply can't go wrong.
