Grab this $99 Ticket (a $132 value) for admission to a 3 Hour showcase of extravagance featuring 75+ premium Whiskies, Bourbons, Ryes, Scotches & more from Hudson, Finger Lakes, Tennessee, Kentucky, Scotland and other regions - the star of the evening being a selection of 15-year and older premiums!
Expect free-flowing pours from exquisite bottles, craft cocktails, and a bevy of local oysters shucked right before your eyes à la Fishers Island and Atlantic Capes - slurp away!
Savory fare from local culinary favorites Leroy House & Les Trois Petits Cochons will accentuate tasting notes in plates of Smoked Beef Brisket Sausage, Spicy Andouille Sausage, Pâté, Whiskey-infused prohibition truffles, and then some.

The Bowery Collective invites you to The Bowery Hotel and its glittering, celebrity-dazzled allure for another installment of Whiskey Washback, an Edible Manhattan favorite event and esteemed indoor & outdoor soirée for epicureans of refined or curious palates.
Food and drinks will be in ample supply - we're talking 75+ different types of Whiskey, Bourbon, Rye, Scotch & other delightful spirits; complimented with a selection of freshly shucked oysters and tantalizing foods!
Sip on the varietals of the finest local and global distillers such as Glendronach (Scotland), WhiskeyPig (Vermont), Noble Oak (Kentucky), and Starward (Australia), just to name a few. Meanwhile, Fishers Island and Atlantic Capes will shuck fresh local oysters on site for you to pair with your sips.
Leroy House's Spicy Andouille Sausage with mustard seeds and house pickles, Les Trois Petits Cochons' two types of Saucisson, and Baseema Chocolatier's Whiskey infused prohibition truffles - among other nosh - will elevate delicious craft cocktails shaken, stirred, and poured in excess.
