Owner & Executive Pastry Chef Secoyah Browne brings the flavor to the plate, while Owner & GM Chandra Touch adds in her passion for mixology.
Between Chef Browne's & Touch's Trinidadian and Cambodian heritages, expect combinations like a Good Thyme Spritz (Halftone Magenta Gin, thyme simple syrup, lemon juice, Archer Rosé Bubbly, seltzer water) and the Jerk Chicken Bake with crispy chicken tossed in Chef Coy’s spicy and smokey jerk sauce inside of a warm fluffy bake sandwich.
