Chef McCann will walk you through dishes like an inventive Amuse Bouche, followed by a starter of "Summer Dreaming" Citrus & Peach Salad with a spiced honey dressing. Next up, savor the "Spice It Up" main with grilled lamb, saffron rye spetzel, and preserved lemon. Finally, a "Lil’ Ray Of Sunshine" dessert seals the deal with peach flambé citrus & spice Anglaise.
