Known for its colorful (and flavorful) history, Puebla is a large town just a few miles southeast of Mexico City. Nods to the area's architecture, pottery, and artistic contributions can all be found in abundance during brunch at Villa Cemita.
The menu features a combination of Chef Aco's multiculturally-inspired concoctions & classic brunch favorites. Eggs Benedict are upgraded with chorizo and Serrano ham, while Avocado Toast gets a punch of pickled onions and jalapeños.
Another favorite is the newly-added Huevos Con Mol, which takes eggs sunny side up and adds creamy mole, plantains, & avocado. Even Pancakes and French Toast get a makeover. Think bacon, vanilla sauces, fresh fruits, and then some.
