Coming from a long line of Italian ice-cream masters as far back as the 1800s, Founder Melissa Tavss brings the beloved treat into the modern age with contemporary spins on the icy treat, using luxe spirits, fresh ingredients, and state-of-the-art ice cream tech to develop such unique flavors.
In this class, you'll be guided through decorating two seasonal sundaes, with past assemblages including flavors like Chocolate Stout infused with Guinness. Alternatively, you can put together a boozy pie like the signature Spiked Pumpkin - delish!
