Chef Sibnavus Cheeseman will work his magic prepping plates of Red Snapper Crudo and juicy Wagyu Skewers as you relish a glass of one of their fine wines curated by Sommelier Ken. Next up, dive into a heaping serving of Dry Aged Rib Eye with ginger scallion sauce, or Crispy Garlic Chicken dripping with a Szechuan garlic sauce.

As Co-Owner Lynn McKenzie keeps the ship sailing, expect flavors picked & presented exquisitely by talented Chef Sibnavus Cheeseman (formerly of Shlomo’s and the co-founder of Shmackwich). Each ingredient is carefully curated and sourced-locally, or especially imported for authenticity, meaning every morsel leaves your palate in a state of epicurean ecstasy.
Meanwhile, Sommelier Ken has lined up the wine list, choosing vintages that will properly heighten each bite, and leave your palate with a dreamscape of perfect pairings. Of course, for something sublime, the cocktails are not to be missed, like the Watermelon Cayenne or the classic Espresso Martini.
Wine bottles line the walls and soft lighting casts a glow on the contemporary-cool space as you relish a serving of their signature Crab Wedge Salad with blue crab, house ranch sauce, and spiced panko, as well as the drool-inducing Chopped Cheese Mac studded with wagyu, 3 cheeses, and breadcrumbs.
