The Maidstone is an East Hampton landmark built in Greek Revival style in the mid-19th century. In 2008, it was purchased by the renowned Swedish hotelier Jenny Ljungberg; its most recent renovation, in May 2017, has infused the hotel's classic American aesthetic with the subdued opulence of Scandinavia.
