The coveted jewel is helmed by a group of Switzerland-born creatives that use The Lavaux to gorgeously display the fruits of their homeland. Think French roots and traditions, with the chic, elegant Swiss vibes that merge within an ultra-comforting space.
Manager & Swiss-born Benoît Amsler draws on his time at the Lausanne Club in Switzerland to bring authenticity, while a trio of experts work to curate the perfect menu, namely Winemaker Estoppey Jean-Charles of Terres De Lavaux, Winemaker Chaudet Briaux Titouan of Domaine Chaudet, and Master Cheesemaker William Wyssmüller.
Start with swigs of La Piscotte - a new wine-based cocktail with a secret Swiss spin. Next up, you'll treat your taste buds to the cheesy, melty goodness of Ulimited Raclette, which drapes bubbling, dripping Val-de-Bagnes cheese over breads, vegetables, potatoes and the like.
