The Lavaux opened in October of 2020 serving New York’s West Village with fabulous food and wine from Lavaux. Plus this decadent destination offers another Swiss delight, it’s cheese. Although it is evident that Swiss cheese is already available and widely sold throughout the USA; they figured they had to share the cheese culture and propose an authentic experience, both in the selection of the products, as well as the accurate traditions in how to eat it.
