Grab your $15 GA Ticket (a $26 value), pick your session and head over to the cozy 5th&Mad which will feel like you are spending the evening in a chalet at a French ski resort!
On the menu: 440 pounds of delicious cheese, served from 30 wheels of French Raclette. These cheeses have been imported from Savoie in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France, world famous for its cows, which produce some of the best cheese on the planet.
You'll also get to pair your tastings with a selection of charcuterie including ham, saucisson (French dry sausage) & chorizo; as well as potatoes served during the evening.
Finally, pair your cheeses with a selection of white and red wines (for purchase), including dry whites which make the best partner for a variety of cheeses.
