A perfectly executed memorial to its predecessor, The Jones is New York-meets-Parisian chic, and the menu is equal parts of both cultures thanks to Executive Chef James McDuffee, formerly of Joseph Leonard and trained at The Culinary Institute of America.
Go for the classic Egg Sandwich (ham, cheddar, tomato, english muffin) or The Filet O' Fish with American cheese and tartare sauce, which is "fresh, flaky, and reminiscent of Montauk," according to Thrillist - both are best matched with cocktails like a Bloody Mary or the Spritz laced with a dry white wine, cappelletti, and suze.
