On Tuesday February 3, 2026 at 6:00pm, the historic Prince George Ballroom will open its doors to host the largest and most comprehensive showcase of New York–grown Cabernet Franc ever assembled.

To inaugurate this movement, more than 25 of New York’s most respected wineries will convene for an extraordinarily decadent, one-night-only walk-around tasting soirée. This will be the largest and most exclusive assembly of New York wineries in years, and a rare opportunity to taste Cabernet Franc at its highest expression, poured by the people who grow it, shape it, and believe in it.
