The NYC Charcuterie Masters is the landmark gathering of the most distinctive heritage & pasture-raised meats together with craft brews and local ciders in one incredible bash. The 3rd annual event starts at 6:00pm on Saturday February 24, 2018!
Grab your $45 GA Ticket (a $65 value) to gain admission to this foodie's playground, and enjoy unlimited tastings of the best meats by master charcutiers. Further, these meats will be prepared by star NYC chefs including Hugue Dufour of M. Wells Steakhouse and legendary Pitmaster Josh Bowen (John Brown Smokehouse) who will be showcasing pasture-raised heritage meats! Chef Will Horowitz of Ducks Eatery/Harry & Ida’s will also be sampling his exquisite bresaola as part of the festivities.

The Third Annual Charcuterie Masters is a culinary competition where master butchers, charcutiers, and smokehouses go head-to-head for the coveted Charcuterie Masters Crown, judged by esteemed celebrity judges.
The contestants will offer their meaty creations in 12 distinct categories, such as: Whole Muscle; Dry Sausage or Salami; Country Ham, Prociutto, or Jamon; 3 different kinds of Bacon, and so much more.
The best of the best charcuterie to enjoy will also include including exquisite prosciutto from Cesare Casella and sumptuous Portuguese Alentejano ham from Rodrigo Duarte who will also be doing a butchery demonstration of this forerunner to the pig that produces Spain’s famed jamon de pata negra.
You'll get to taste all the entries and cast a vote for your favorite, while washing it all down with unlimited local craft beers, and farmhouse ciders.
Plus, there will be specialty dishes created by star NYC chefs showcasing smoked pasture-raised heritage pork!
