Named after its founder, Chef Tomo, TabeTomo translates to mean “eating buddy" - a fitting moniker for what will become your new go-to. The spot specializes in tonkotsu pork broth prepared over 60 hours, and tsukemen (a richer broth with firmer dipping noodles).
Swig on sake before starters like Karaage Chicken (Japanese fried chicken with tartar or ponzu sauces), moving on to the Tonkotsu Chashu Jiro Ramen in a pork broth & crowned by a soft boiled egg, pork chashu & vegetables.
