King served as the sous chef at Michelin-recommended Vai in the Upper East Side and the executive chef at the iconic Royalton Hotel before becoming the executive chef at Irvington and Taco Electrico at the W Hotel in Union Square. A gastronomic polymath, King’s culinary prowess has seen him contributing to menus that cross borders and span a range of cuisines.
