Tokyo-born & trained Executive Chef Masato Okamoto will be, of course, serving up Steak 'N Lobster's renowned hormone-free, grass-fed Black Angus Steak and Maine lobsters, in addition to cultural classics like delectable Dumplings, Pork Belly Steam Buns, Stir Fry Bok Choy, and so much more.
You'll kick off the Year of the Rat in fabulous style, sipping on hand-crafted cocktails and finishing your feast with a traditional dessert - namely the delicately sweet Golden Fried Mantou.
