Choose from over 40 classes per week, 7 days a week in this newly refurbished state of the art studio conveniently located in Midtown East. You can register for classes online and as you can see from this week's schedule, you can always get the class you want.
As you enter the 105 degree studio, the heat will start to loosen your muscles and the expertly instructed movement restores your metabolic functions for optimal well-being.
